Returns
We do request with all product returns that they must be contained within the original packaging. Once the goods have been received back at Sports Stars and Legends you will then receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price (excluding delivery and insurance).
Delivery
Delivery must be made to a street address and cannot be left without being signed. We work toward a standard 21-28 day delivery cycle, sometimes much sooner; however this may vary product to product. We suggest that you check the individual product details for clarification.
Layby Conditions
Sports Stars and Legends offers a layby service upon request. The layby period is 8 weeks, with a 10% deposit required for items under $100, and a 20% deposit for items over $100. It is your responsibility to pay the layby off within the 8 week period. You may cancel the layby at any time, and recieve a refund, however the deposit will be kept. A layby will be cancelled if it is not fully paid within 14 days after the layby period has expired.
